Well the 19th is marked on my calender to start my new workout plan. For the past week or so since using this site I have been logging every food I possibly eat, as I've done this, I've realized where my bad calories are and where my good calories are. I've been slowly eliminating my bad calories for the good ones. My plan is to keep going in this direction. I've fought with being a bigger guy most my life. It got really bad after a posting out on the East Coast(Halifax, NS), I got depressed and did alot of drinking and eating alot of pub type food. I was from being 240lbs and not in too bad of shape to 300lbs and in bad shape. Since then I've had a major issue of dropping the weight off. Ideally for my bone structure I believe my ideal weight to be around 235lbs. I've been slowly becoming more focused on watching what I eat and try to get out there more often exercising or atleast doing something active. Getting a dog helped, having to take him for walks. My biggest issue is a nerve issue in my lower back, translating pain down to my legs, and prevents me from running, even a long hard walk can cause me some pain and trouble. I've tailored my workout around that. I will be keeping a track and sunday evening I will be taking a before picture and 6 weeks later I will take another picture. I can't keep eating the wrong food and carrying this weight around, I'm not getting any younger and it's only going to get harder to lose this weight.
