Today was the first day of my new routine (Level 1: The Barbarian Horde). I had been circuit weight training/cardio training 3-5 times per week for the past 2 months, and it couldn't have prepared me for the new workout. I got my a$$ kicked this morning, don't get me wrong it felt awesome, as I love being challenged in the gym. But when it says rest for 60 seconds between exercises, I had to take up to 2 minutes sometimes. Whole body training is so much harder than isolated workouts. I look forward to seeing where the new workout will take my body.
