Slow Week

I lost only 2.5 pounds last week. When it slows down is when I have self destructed in the past. It starts to get in my head.....and soon I am at the drive thru of the Burger King.
I won't fall for it this time "my head."
I made a small change in my food plan. After I realized I was not eating any grains I have added brown rice and red beans to a meal. I have also cut out 1/2 of the salad dressing.
