Hi everyone               1/26/12

Well today I was so motivated I started with my morning breakfast without the coffee this time took my fat blocked recommend by my Dr. then Started my workout program 45 min completed yes. Then I was in a groove had on I iPod good music and then did warm down stretches. And then when out to buy some things that might help since I am indoors so to work on my thighs, a Mini Cycle it is really good and I felt that burn ooh-wee, I also purchased Get Fit Starter Kit this is great for someone like me when I have to watch what I do. This kit helps thighs and glutes has cardio workout. It has a Slimmer Belt,Resistance Tubing and Speed Rope and lets not leave out Mesh Travel Bag all good things to aid me in my quest for weight loss.. Goal keep it up.
