Cardio 12 min 1% incline for 2 min at 3.4 mph,5.0% for 2 min. at 3.6.

Tabata: 25 seconds work 10 sec. rest 34 rounds.

agility ladders
hurdles
push ups bosu ball
thrusters with 35 lbs plate.
curls with 25 lbs plate
sit ups
sit ups on bosu ball

Cardio 10 min jog at 4.0  and walk 3.4.
Good workout.
Any suggestion on how to improve this. Heart rate between 130 to 158 . for 26 minutes
