Must stay focused and try harder

Well, I was so bad last week - - which i knew - - just hoping to have pushed versus gaining a pound yikes!
So new week, new day, and have reset myself, off the guilt trip wagon and headed strong for a bettter weigh on on Tuesday, which I also measure that gives an additional motivation for me.
Losing weight is a journey - it is what I make it, so I want to make it enjoyable and rewarding, I rewarded too much last week, this week is back the basics.
