weigt loss takes so long

well, i really looked at "me" in the mirror after my morning workout and I know I have lost weight but there is still so much still there. How did I let myself go this bad? How did it happen, I know it did not happen overnight. I just think damn, this is a hot mess. I workout daily, watch what I eat and the process is so slow, it just brings me down today. I know all the right stuff in my head - - just feeling blue about the distance I must, must go to reach my goal.
