Almost There!

Well, yesterday was the closest I have ever been to 10,000 steps in one day! I actually logged 8,792 steps....so if I were to take into consideration that I had at least 400 steps that I did not log I made it over 9,000 steps.
Today at 9am I have over 800 steps towards my goal and today I have more walking to go.
Each day I walk I feel more energetic and stronger. I keep telling myself that I want to be off HBP meds by the end of the year and walking everyday gets me closer to that goal.
