All my friends with babies are "skinny" ... WHY CAN'T I?
Long story short: I use to be happy about my body, now after 2 kids (one 3 months old), getting married, and letting myself go... I'm not "skinny" anymore. ACTUALLY, I'm over weight. I'm at my highest weigh in EVER. 190lbs :(
My goal: Lose 40 in 4 months. My birthday is in early September and I really want to fit into a dress I am in love with and wore on my 22nd bday (Now 23) turning 24.
I have laid out a workout plan that I hope I can stick with having 2 kids and being a full time mom/worker/wife :)
Also, I plan on eating a low calorie diet (excluding: soda, alcohol, candy, fast food)
