My gym sesh last night

10 miles on the bike w/ random hills, walked up 20 floors, 5 miles on the treadmill 3% incline, 100 50lb crunches on the machine, and various arm workouts (:
I am definitely proud of myself!!!!
Tonight:
10 miles- BIKE
25 Floors- Stair master
Arms
So excited, my best friend Haley is coming with me tonight... Yay!
