My highest calorie intake can be 1860. I did good the first day starting off strong. I'm doing 50% carbs and 25% for protein and fats. I hit all marks but for carbs. Which aint really too bad.
I did a little 10 min walk on my lunch breack and then went to the gym and did an hour hip hop cardio class.
I didnt get to bed on time so I woke up a little tired but I am feeling a little better today.
I weighed myself while at the gym last night and I was at 254. So 1 lb down. I'm going to get my own scale this weekend for home and try to get a blender as well.
So far I'm doing good but that was only day one. This is now day two. Let's get.
