Yesterday was six weeks into my loving myself lifestyle! I started a new job this week and then received and accepted an offer for another job two days into starting my first job! I gave notice at my first job yesterday and will start my new new job on November 5.
I must admit that I found these changes to my routine to be a challenge to staying focused. It would be easier to get home from work, followed by the gym, to just grab a high calorie valueless dinner. I haven't though! I hope I can stay that focused. I have decided that I will go from work and have dinner before going to the gym in the future!
One interesting note: I am starting to get hungry between meals. In the first few weeks of this change, I was often too full to want to eat my planned meals. In the last few days, I am pretty ravenous by dinner time!! I'm hopeful that this is an indicator that my metabolism is increasing and my hunger/satiety cues are becoming more effective!
