getting back on track

i havent been on here in a while i gave up had gained the weight back and a few pounds more. the last 2 weeks i have been going to our local rec. center and working out with my sister in law and daughter. we have been going 7 days a week for at least an hour if not longer. I first use the eliptical for 12 minutes now i started at 7 min and could barely do it but it is now getting easier. i use the tread mill, the bike, the leg presses etc. i use to be so outta breath but like i said each time it gets easier. i lost 2 pounds since i started i feel so much better and look forward to going to the gym again. i have started eating less at meal times and when i have a snack its either light yogurt or an orange. i am really trying. i just am hoping by june i have lost at least 20 pounds.
