3lbs?

Hello,
I been workinging out for 30 mintues a day, 6 days a week and I only eat 1200-1400 caloires. I Only lost 3lbs for this week. I am upset because I wanted a bigger number. So now I am gonna amp my workout ups; I was thinking about doing taebo for 30 mintues and then doing gilad for 20 mintues.I will strictly only eat 1200 caloires
Now I am 267, which is good I still I have two weeks to lose 17 lbs....I really need to turn it up. My weeky goal for week 2: 263 I really need to reach that goal. So wish me luck because I am going to be going hard.
