Ok so I have finished week 3 but unfortanatly fell off the wagon and gained 3 pounds. We went away for the weekend which meant lots of eating out and not tracking my food intake.  This week is a new week so I plan to track my food and hopefuly lose those 3 pounds of weight gain.
