The jumble of my brain!!

I continue to learn and work at finding balance in my life.  Nutrition, exercise, relationships, 3 jobs, mom/wife responsibilites, school commitees and more!!

Since becoming a nanny (June 2013) I have much less "me time."  A couple of daylight hours to meal plan, FitClick track, reflect and read are really hard to come by.  When marching band season is in full swing (Aug-Oct) it is even worse!!

When things got really hectic this fall, I slacked on logging on to FitClick and tracking.  BUT, I have still been reading and experimenting.  Topics that I am currently researching and/or living...

--------

Raw Milk - politics and health benefits

Yogurt Making - the art of perfect consistency

Soaking and dehydrating nuts

HighFat LowCarb (HFLC) eating

Grain-free lifestyle

Sugar-free lifestyle

Do I want to attempt ketosis?

Functional Medicine

UTI self healing - can D-Mannose cure it?

Terramin Clay - will I notice health benefits? I am hoping to improve digestion and improve some skin issues.

Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) vs. Paleo - I see benefits in both and am trying to find the right balance for me.

Intermittent fasting - Is it right for me?

What is my "ideal" weight?  I know "too thin" and I know "too heavy" can I find the middle ground that is maintainable?

YouTube lectures by Diverse Health Services - Fascinating!!

--------

This is just a short brain dump of all that is swirling around in my head!!

Which of these topics should I expound on?
