Here we are February 9th,2016 and I officially weighed in at 249.9 lbs at the nutritionist.

I am a little disappointed that I probably won't reach my goal of 229 lbs for March 19-2016 as that would have marked a weight loss of 50 pounds since starting with a nutritionist at the same time a year ago.

I am now revising my goal to 240 pounds for March 17-2016 which is the next offficial weigh in with my nutritionist.

It is getting harder to lose the weight in these Winter months.  With the extreme cold in the minus 20 celcius here in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, I and my gym partner are finding it difficult to motivate ourselves to get out of our homes and out the door to go to the gym.

Also, January 2016 was a very difficult month for me concerning ordering in.  I did almost $100.00 worth and ate $150.00 of real groceries in gift certificates my brother and wife sent to me for Christmas 2015.  It is absolutely no use giving me any extra money for it all goes on fast food sadly to say!

This month things should be better in the fast food category as there is no extra cash for that type of silliness.  I do allow myself to binge on fast food once per week and it is on things like grilled chicken, salad and rice.

Sorry I still don't have a photo of me at 250 lbs.  I keep forgetting.  Menopause!  Swiss cheese memory at the best of times these days.  Until the next time.

Take care and think and dream low calories,

Sincerely,

Elaine

p.s. I added a picture of me at 252.2 lbs taken by my gym partner Elaine on Saturday, February 27-2016.  By the way, I had a really great workout this day with 45 minutes on the treadmill and a new personal best in terms of speed, distance and incline and I did 15 minutes on a bike i.e. total cardio 60 minutes with a really good sweat.
