Still stuck at 250 lbs

Here we go again. Another plateau, this time at the 250 lbs mark. I am not helping to budge the balance downward by not exercising regularly this past month and eating way too many times the stupid french fries that just about comes with every meal at a restaurant in the area around my home.
My last major problems are twofold: 1. not prioritizing exercise as a regular activity 3 times per week and 2. ditching the fast food and ordering in monkey off my back especially the french fries.
I see my regular nutritionist this March 17-2016 and I hope she can come up with good suggestions to remove my last two big obstacles to a healthier me.
I did put an end to burgers... now french fries is the food that is killing me. Sometimes, I think I have my problem foods licked and another new one pops up!
Anyways, until next month around the eighth.
