Day 4: 111.6
Only 0.2 pounds gained.  Could definitely be worse.
Yesterday I ate no breakfast, only had a few bites of lunch, went home and ate a piece of cheese (50 cal), chugged a bunch of water so I wouldn't finish dinner, and went to bed at 9:30 pm, and I get up at 6:00 am.  Maybe its because I didn't get to go for a walk like I usually do?  Or maybe its water weight since I drank so much it hurt?  Or maybe its because I ate that cheese and didn't burn it off?  Or maybe its the lunch?  Or maybe it's because I forgot my gum at school?  I need to get back on track.  I'm so close... I already skipped breakfast, I'll skip lunch too.  Then drink so much water it hurts and then some more when it's time for dinner, then I'll do my nighttime routine.  I'll also try to be more consistant with eating one meal a day since my eating is inconsistent and it could be confusing my body.  Maybe that's what happened.  My eating is inconsistent and it's confusing my body.  Makes sense, right?

I need to stop getting so confident when I'm close to my goal.  The moment I let my gaurd down and enjoy myself is the moment I could go right back to where I started.  Nobody losing weight wants to do that unless they're insane.  I can never put my gaurd down.  It's a lifestyle change, not a quick fix.  I gotta remember that.
