About me: I have been working on losing weight and getting more fit for about 3 years now. I have a fantastic doctor that helps me with my wellness goals and ensures that I am healthy. I found her after being diagnosed with hypothyroidism and was not happy with my previous health care professional. She has helped me on my road to wellness and my current goal is to take off 40-50 lbs to get off HBP meds. I work out at Curves 3-5 times a week, walk at least 3 times a week and strive to walk as much as I can throughout the day. I am currently on a goal of 5,000 to 7,000 steps a day and am shooting for 10,000 steps a day.
