About me: I am a firefighter and a NREMT-I. I am now disabled after working full time on an ambulance and volunteering as a firefighter/Medical Chief. I have had 2 cervical spine surgeries and have gained a lot of weight due to inactivity and just plain eating too much. I have never had weight problems before. I have been inactive, totally, for around 2 1/2 yrs now. I would like to find some sort of excercise that I can do and not cause further injury/pain as I am in a lot of pain 24/7. Any advice or help is appreciated!
