About me: I'm 48 and a happily married mom of 5. I never really had a weight problem until I was 40, so being disciplined with workouts has been a challenge for me. I have about 65 pounds to lose (and I can hardly believe I just typed that number!) In the past year I've tried on and off to exercise, but would become discouraged when the scale only showed 3 pounds lost after 5 weeks of religious workouts. Well, I'm back at it now and determined to not give up!
