About me: I am 57 years old and been doing this for 15+ years. I workout at least 3 times per week but try for 5 times per week. I always run on a groomed trail through the town for 3 kms for a warm up and do about 1 hour of weights after.
I can bench alot of weight but only super-set about once a month.(Just for self satisfaction) . Many people have been telling me over the last year that I am in amazing shape so I keep plugging away , every day do something and it will pay off by feeling better. I stick to these routine workouts on fitclick for about 2 months and then change them up. It keeps your interest and the desire to keep going.
