Day 1. Current weight 209 . My goals is to drop my weight to 188 by December 30,2012. I'm using Crossfit guide lines without the olympic style weight lifting. Do cardio daily for 25 minutes and crossfit or boxing ( heavy bag) workout. Tabata system 20 seconds work and 10 seconds rest for 5 minutes.
