I will be the "Big 40" this June. In the last two years I went from a size 8 to size 14 (Yuk!). I loved how I felt and how I looked being a size 8. I am ready to lose the weight. I have already started eating more smaller meals instead of just two big meals. I have even started exercising. (Wii Fit) It is so much fun but it is hard. I have done this before the up and down roller coaster with my weight. This time when I do it I want to keep it off. I have done all by myself but
