Instructions: 

Arm Circles


 This movement warms the shoulder joints and increases circulation to the muscles of the shoulders and arms.


 1. Start with your arms out to the sides and parallel to the floor.


 2. Begin moving your arms in small circles. Gradually increase the size of the circle until you feel slight tension in your shoulders—go no larger with the circles than this.


 3. Use a moderate pace, so that each circle takes about one second to complete.


 4. Complete twenty circles, then switch direction and perform another twenty circles.


 Safety notes: Do not wildly whip your arms or swing them in any way that hurts your shoulders. Strive for a smooth, gentle motion throughout.
