Instructions: 

Buttocks and Lower Back


 This stretch will improve hip flexion and help facilitate high-stepping.


 1. Lie flat on your back with both legs straight.


 2. Grasp one leg behind the thigh, and pull it toward your chest.


 3. Hold the stretch for ten seconds, then release it for a few seconds.


 4. Pull the thigh toward your chest again for a secondary stretch of about twenty seconds.


 5. Repeat with the other leg.
