Calories Burned:  680 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)

Start by doing 10 regular (hands shoulder width apart) pushups. Then, do 10 wide hand placement pushups. Then, 10 close hand placement (making a diamond with your hands putting your chest right in the middle of the that diamond). No rest in between these sets of pushups.
