Deltoids and Latissimus
This is a great finishing stretch of the many muscles in the chest, shoulders, and upper back.
 1. Begin down on all fours and walk your hands forward to a position about a foot in front of your shoulders.
 2. Maintaining straight arms, lower your chest toward the floor until you feel slight tension develop in the muscles of your shoulders and chest. You can enhance the stretch by shifting your hips slightly backward.
3. Hold this stretch for ten seconds, then raise upward slightly to release the tension for a few seconds.
 4. Perform a secondary stretch lasting twenty to thirty seconds.
Safety note: Apply just enough downward pressure to provide mild tension throughout the muscles of your arms and upper torso. Immediately ease up if you feel any pain in your elbows or shoulders.
