Calories Burned:  493 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis

Start: Assume a pushup position and walk your feet forward so your knees are bent about 90 degrees and slightly above the floor.

Movement: Raise your right arm and leg leg until they are in line with your body. Return to the starting position, and then repeat with your left arm and right leg. Alternate arms and legs with each rep.
