Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
1. Lying on you stomach rest your forehead on your folded arms out in front of you with your knees bent, shoulder width apart with your heals squeezing together similar to if you were squatting on the floor.
2. Squeeze glutes to hover knees off the floor
3. Slowly lower knees to just above the floor and repeat for 30 seconds for 1 rep.
