Exercise Comments

Today is day one on everything. So far so good, as far as I am concerned. I am taking 10 minute breaks every 1 - 1 1/2 hours to do 10 minutes of some sort of cardio and strength that I can do at the office. I am also going to try to take at least 30 mins after work to walk around the lake or track. My time is very crunched until after Thanksgiving, but I feel this is a good start. I am really thrilled at getting it started at least. Then I can go back to getting up super early and starting my day started with Leslie Sansone.
