Kneeling Butt Blast

Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Kneel on all fours with wrists aligned under shoulders and knees under hips and place a 3- to 5-pound dumbbell behind right knee. Raise left arm to shoulder height in front of you, palm facing the ground, and bring right knee slightly in toward right arm.

Lift right thigh to hip height behind you, foot flexed. Return to starting position; repeat. Switch sides to complete set.

12-16 reps.
