Medicine Ball Squat to Press with Rotation

Calories Burned:  408 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Intercostals, Deltoids
Instructions: 
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and place a medicine ball in between your feet on the ground. Squat down to pick up the ball. As you stand up, rotate your torso to the right and raise the medicine ball over your head and to the right. Rotate back to center and squat down to place the ball at your feet. Stand up, then squat down to pick up the ball.. This time, stand and rotate to the left, raising the med ball over your head to the left.  Alternate this way for a total of 12 repetitions, six per side.
