Calories Burned:  272 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Shallow Water Warm Up
10 minutes walking laps
5 minutes high knee laps
5 minutes high step laps
5 minutes kick your butt laps

Full Laps
2 flutter kick w/ board
1 sit/stand on board use full arm (butterfly style) forward
1 sit/stand on board use full arm (butterfly style) backwards
1 right HAND on board, full crawl w/ left hand
1 left HAND on board, full crawl w/ right hand

Water Dumbells
REPEAT until muscle failure)
1 min punch down
1 min arms from straight out "T" to together in front
1 minute knees to chest and full extend
1 minute "V-sit" float
1 minute Jumping Jack
1 minute cross-country ski


Pool Edge/Shallow End
Start at 10 each, then 9, then 8, etc.
Pool Side Push Ups
Cross knee to elbow

By the way, I can say that it's not even necessary to be near him to communicate with the therapist now. You can find him online and talk to him easily. I do it because we are in quarantine and because of the need to sit in the place, I started panic attacks again. This is the routine I remember from the first day. Five weeks until I am done with therapy, then I may modify it.
