Calories Burned:  599 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
To begin, perform some dynamic stretching to relax and warm your muscles up before the routine.

Then begin with walk for 1 min to warm up, then start the 3 min run. After the 3 min run is up start all over again. 1 minute walk and 3 minute run. Do this for 20-30 minutes total 3x a week.

This is a great exercise for those who fatigue easily, are out of shape, or those trying to get back into a running routine.
