Calories Burned:  580 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions:
Enter Sauna with a temperature of between 165 and 185 Degrees fahrenheit.
Sit on top bench closest to heating elements.
Have water with you and drink as needed.
Sit and enjoy for 25 minutes.
If your body cannot take 25 minutes to start then go as long as you can and increase time 30 seconds to 1 minute each day untill you reach 25 minutes. Note: please do not go longer then 15minutes to start if you have not been in a sauna for sometime.

Never enter a sauna if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or medication or have a heart condition. always consult a licensed physician before starting any type of sauna detox system to see if you are healthy enough to do so. even then if you become dizzy, light headed or have shortness of breath at anytime, exit sauna immediately.
Note: It took me 11 days to work up to 25min at 170 degrees fahrenheit. I sauna after every cardio or weightlifting workout 6 days a week. its life changing. enjoy :)
