Calories Burned:  544 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
a).  In sturdy non-rolling chair, sit with your feet flat on the floor. Sit tall with a long spine.  Bend your arms 90 degrees, bending your elbows in line with your chest, forearms perpindicular to the floor, and fingers toward the ceiling.
b).  Exhale as you bring your left elbow and right knee toward one another.  Inhale as you bring your knee and elbow back to starting position.  Repeat with opposite arm and leg, alternating between those positions for 1 minute.
