Secondary Muscles Trained:  Gluteus Maximus
Instructions: 
Start: Stand with your legs together and knees bent. Place your hands behind your head with your elbows back to enforce upright posture.

Movement: Keeping your knees bent and staying low (in squat position), jump out into a wide stance and back in.
