Calories Burned:  136 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
 1) Stand on center of band.
 2) Holding band at sides, bring hands up in front to the shoulders.
 3) Push arms up and overhead.
 4) Return to start position, repaeting 12 times.
