Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis

START: Lie faceup on the floor with your arms straight above the top of your head. Your legs should be straight and hovering a couple inches above the floor.

MOVEMENT: Bend your left knee to a 90 degree angle and lift it toward your chest. Bring your right hand to meet your left knee. Press your hand against your knee, bracing your core the entire time. Slowly release your arm and leg back down to the starting position. On the next rep, bring your right knee up to meet your left hand. Alternate arms and legs with each rep.
