Swiss Ball Twists w/med ball

Calories Burned:  268 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)

Sit on Swiss Ball, then roll out until shoulder blades are centered on top of Swiss ball. Hold Medicine Ball centered over your chest with both hands, making sure the arms are nearly straight. Without twisting your knees, twist your torso and med ball left until your arms are parallel with the floor, then return to the middle, then twist to the right, then return to the middle.
