Calories Burned:  374 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Primary Muscles Trained:  Rectus Abdominis
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Obliques, Spinal Erectors
Instructions: 

Start: Assume a pushup position. Your body should be straight from ankles to head.

Movement: Now quickly move your right leg forward so your right heel lands outside your right hand. Pause and then return to the pushup position. Now quickly move your right leg forward so your right foot lands outside your left hand, and then return to the pushup position. That is 1 rep. Do all your reps with your right leg, and repeat with your left leg.
