Calories Burned:  587 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)

Set incline on 1.5.  Warm up for 5 minutes, increasing walking speed to 4.0.  After 5 minute warm-up, run at 5.7 for 3 minutes, then walk at 4.3-4.5 for 2 minutes.  Repeat this 5 more times for a total of 30 minutes.  Cool down for 5 minutes, decreasing speed from 4.0-3.0.  Decrease incline to 0.
