Calories Burned:  551 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Walk at 3.5 MPH with interval changes to incline - 4, 0, 6, 0, 7, 0, 7, 0...etc then back down to 6, 4 0.

Exercise Comments

Walked today 3 miles on the treadmill then enjoyed the sauna.
