Exercise Comments

This is a good start to get back in to shape. Hopefully by walking more I can clear up some of the congestion in my chest. I've had bronchitis for over a month. I took a 5 day Z-pack a month ago. I am using an inhaler 3 times a day. I just started taking prednisone and a cough pill. Sunday, I took my first 500,000 units of Vitamin D for a deficiency detected in blood work.
I didn't feel bad on the treadmill, my chest ached from breathing with exertion. I hope to get out for a x-country ski trip this weekend at Rails-to-Trails. How did I let myself get to this poor fitness level? I will only go up from here!
