Primary Muscles Trained:  Forearm Flexors
Secondary Muscles Trained:  Biceps
Instructions: 
Grab a pair of light dumbbells and sit holding the dumbbells at arm’s length at your side, palms facing forward.

Curl the weights up as far as you can without moving your upper arms away you’re your sides.

At the top of the curl, rotate your wrists downward so your palms face the floor. Slowly lower them in that position.

At the bottom of the curl, turn your palms forward again to start the next repetition.
