Calories Burned:  272 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 

start treadmill at 3.0mph and 0% incline for 2 min every 2 min increase the incline by 1% till you reach 11% incline then every 2 min thereafter decrease the incline by 1% till your reach a cool down at 0% incline Note: Do not hold onto the treadmill handles except to check heart rate. This helps strengthen core as well during the exercise
