Hi! I am new to site and would like to select a workout plan to work on cardio & fat=burning but when I put in all the necessary info nothing comes up. Can someone suggest which one to choose for a beginning workout rountine. I need to lose 45lbs. and need to go to gym 3-4 days a week. Have been doing 15m on ellipitcal level 2, treadmill Cv incline 3 w 3.5 to 4 spd 10-15m, plus using machines (cables&weights). I need a really good plan.
