p90x is an AWSOME home program, very intense but it does require a small amount of equipment (less then $50 worth) You can also "like" like my Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/AchieveFitnessMA We have just begun, but we will be doing Monthly "in-home" workouts most likely with videos.

i don't go to a gym and most of these require machines - can't there be a workout routine like this for at home?
